Born in Matara, the most southern town of Sri Lanka 
	and living in Germany. I am an old boy of Rahula 
	College, Matara and Ananda College, Colombo.
	Did a degree in electronics (Master of Science) 
	and was working in Germany for the past 30 years 
	in the research and development departments
	of Schoppe & Faeser, Hartmann & Braun, 
	AEG, Elsag Bailey and ABB. Developement of power 
	supplies, AC & DC motor controls, transmitters
	for pressure, rotation & temperature were 
	among my projects... I have also engaged in thick 
	and thin film technologies from
	surface mounting to packaging of the circuits 
	and semiconductors.
